The Polaris area’s collection of unique restaurants continues to grow in the middle of some challenging times in the industry.

One of Delaware County’s newest eateries opened recently at 8631 Sancus Blvd., just south of Polaris Parkway. Spice9 is so named as it highlights nine essential Indian spices, among other flavorings.

In so doing, it shares that “we are offering you very popular Indian food varieties with a tad bit of difference.”

The extensive menu features soups and appetizers, Tandoor, vegetable and non-vegetable entrees, breads, and desserts.

The online version can be accessed here.

Take out is available, and delivery can be ordered through GrubHub and UberEats. Spice9’s Facebook page can be found and followed here.
