As any beer afficiando will tell you, brewing beer is an art form. The right ingredients and process are necessary for the perfect product.

This Saturday, learn about the basics of beer brewing as the owners of Staas Brewing Company in Delaware come to speak at the Orange Branch of the Delaware County District Library.

In their presentation, the owners will draw upon what they’ve learned after making more than 1,700 batches of beer over the last five years. Discover the steps, ingredients, science, and art it takes to make a delicious craft beer.

According to its website, Staas is a small batch, all grain brewbug that specializes in Belgian and English beer styles. The pub features 12 taps and two English beer engines with an ever-changing selection.

The presentation will take place between 12 noon and 2 PM at the Orange Branch, which is located at 7171 Gooding Boulevard.[widgets_on_pages id=1]
