The Emergency Medical Services department in Delaware County partners once again with the MOMS Club of Delaware to host its popular and free “Touch a Truck” event.

This annual event invites families to get up and personal with a variety of emergency, law enforcement, fire and rescue vehicles. It takes place Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Delaware County EMS Station 8, located at 6457 Marysville Road in Ostrander.

In the past, some of the vehicles that have participated include: fire trucks, helicopters (weather permitting), a sheriff’s department cruiser, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rescue boat, farming equipment, a Delaware Area Transit Agency bus, and much more.
