Delaware County residents will come together on February 22 for the Bishop Backers Winter Community Day and Delaware Expo, an event designed to foster community engagement through athletics, education, and civic involvement. Hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University (OWU), this annual gathering continues to highlight partnerships that benefit the county through resource-sharing and collaboration.

- Columbus Zoo animal encounters (2:00–3:00 PM)
- YMCA play area for children
- Meet adoptable dogs from the Humane Society of Delaware County

- Meet local police officers, firefighters, and OWU student-athletes
- Participate in raffles, including a free big-screen TV giveaway and 50/50 drawings, with proceeds benefiting local hunger relief efforts
