Sandusky St., Delaware. Stewart’s paintings and ceramics interpret Ilya Kaminsky’s award-winning book of poetry “Deaf Republic,” in which a young deaf boy inspires a town’s resistance to military occupation. Columbus-based Anderson’s figurative paintings bring African American stories of music, sport, and dance into the spotlight. During the academic year, the Ross is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The museum will be closed March 5-13 for spring break. In this high-octane dramatic comedy laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, and ’90s pop culture, playwright Nguyen offers a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all.
