Ohio Wesleyan University campus housing: School to invest $60 million – Columbus Business First

Ohio Wesleyan University is embarking on a $60 million project to renovate its existing student housing and build modern, on-campus student apartments. The project will also involve the demolition of older student dormitories and the renovation of former fraternity houses owned by the Delaware private liberal arts university.
