The Polaris area, already a location for a wide variety of restaurants, now has a new venue for Asian Fusion, sushi, and other Asian cuisine.

The new eatery is Wild Ginger Asian Fusion, and it has recently opened at 8591 Sancus Blvd.

For those who may not be aware, Fusion cuisine is cuisine that combines elements of different culinary traditions that originate from different countries, regions, or cultures. The new restaurant offers Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and other regional dishes.

Owner Justin Ye owns two other central Ohio Wild Ginger restaurants.

The Wild Ginger website refers to itself as a “casual fine dining Asian Fusion restaurant.” The wide range of offerings on the menu (which can be read here) include Hibachi Beef, Teriyaki Shrmp, Wild Ginger Lamb Chops, Sliced Flank Steak with Thai Basil, and much more.

Hours are 11 AM to 10 PM Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 10:30 PM Friday and Saturday, and 11 AM to 9:30 PM on Sunday.
