The ambitious Evans Farm development in southern Delaware County will be a busy place next month.
The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) has announced that Evans Farm, Ohio’s only community designed around the principles of new urbanism,will be the site of the 2019 BIA Parade of Homes.
Returning to summer, the 2019 BIA Parade of Homes will take place Saturday, July 13 through Sunday, July 28 and features fourteen breathtaking homes built by twelve of Ohio’s premier builders. Parade builders include: 3 Pillar Homes, ALTA Design Build, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Bob Webb Homes, Coppertree Homes, Cua Builders, Guzzo & Garner Custom Builders, Kenric Fine Homes, Maronda Homes, P & D Builders, Sierra Custom Homes, and Stonecliff Homes. 3 Pillar Homes and Maronda Homes are each building two houses.
Located in southern Delaware County, in the Olentangy Local School District, Evans Farm is a mixed-used new urbanism community, where shops, restaurants, parks, homes, and more are all within walking or biking distance of each other. The community is zoned for 2,182 single family lots and almost 900 mixed use, attached, multifamily units, featuring traditional architectural styles including Craftsman, Cape Cod, Victorian and more.

Evans Farm broke ground in late 2016, beginning with the extension of off-site utilities; its first phase is located on the north side of Lewis Center Road. The current phase of Evans Farm features two scenic lakes stocked with fish. Overall the community will include over 350 acres of green space and a network of walking/biking paths
