Registration

Express, in-person registration for City residents only is from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, April 12 in the Municipal Building, 47 Hall Street. Online registration for City residents only begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 13 and in-person/online registration for non-residents starts at 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 14. Guides will be delivered to households on Sunday, April 4.

Summer Camps | June 1-Aug. 13

The Parks & Recreation Department is excited to offer summer camps again this year. In accordance with current COVID-19 protocols, one session will run from June 1-July 2 and the second session will run from July 12-Aug. 13. Camps will be held at two locations with a maximum of 14 campers, 2 Junior Leaders, and 2 Recreation Leaders per site; locations will be assigned after registration. The cost for each session is $1,125 per camper, breaking down to $225 per week.

Activities may include a combination of camp games, visits to the OSA Powell Pool, field trips, ice cream excursions, yoga, presenters and theme days. All activities are subject to change based on enrollment, availability and COVID-19 restrictions.

Safety Camp | July 7-9 | Various sessions

Safety Camp is designed to teach children ages 5-8 to be safe in several environments. Each day of camp will emphasize a different area of safety and will include visits from many community partners, such as the Powell Police Department, Delaware Public Health Department, Liberty Township/Powell Fire Department, US Army Corps of Engineers and more.
