The Powell Sertoma Club is revving up for the rescheduled 32nd Annual Powell Sertoma Cruise In and Pig Out, now set for Sunday, October 20. Originally planned for earlier in the season, the event was extended into October due to unforeseen circumstances. Enthusiasts can expect a day filled with classic cars, hot rods, exotics, and much more in the heart of Downtown Powell. The club appreciates everyone’s understanding and patience with the change in date.

Event Details and Attractions

The festivities kick off at 12:00 PM with a DJ spinning tunes, creating a lively atmosphere for the car show. The event is known for drawing a wide variety of classics, hot rods, exotics, and collectible cars and trucks, providing something for every auto aficionado to enjoy.

Vehicle registration is open online now, with a fee of $20 per vehicle. Attendees who simply want to enjoy the sights can do so at no charge.

Special Bourbon Raffle and Other Prizes

A unique highlight of this year’s event is the special bourbon raffle. The Powell Sertoma Club has secured an entire barrel of bourbon, and raffle tickets are now on sale. Prizes include:

  • A bottle of the special bourbon
  • The barrel itself
  • A gift basket featuring a bottle of bourbon, ice cube trays, a rocks glass, and a Glencairn glass

For those interested in memorabilia and exclusive spirits, this raffle promises to be an event favorite.Casual Judging and Trophies

Car enthusiasts can look forward to casual judging beginning at 2:00 PM, with trophies awarded at 3:00 PM sharp. A 50/50 raffle will also take place, giving attendees the chance to win a share of the pot.

Support the Community

Powell Sertoma is dedicated to supporting the local community. Over the years, the club has raised and donated over $950,000 to various causes. All proceeds from the Cruise In and Pig Out will go directly back into the Powell community, helping to fund essential projects and services.

A Day in Historic Downtown Powell

Along with the car show, attendees are invited to explore Historic Downtown Powell. Local restaurants will be open, offering a variety of dining options and refreshments, making the event a great way to spend a fall afternoon with family and friends.
