The courts at Adventure Park are designed for community engagement, accommodating casual games, group play, and local tournaments. Powell hopes this development will boost community spirit and position the city as a hub for pickleball enthusiasts.

From Vision to Reality

The courts were planned under the 2024 Capital Improvement Plan, with construction starting in spring 2024 and completing by summer’s end. This grand opening marks Powell’s promise to invest in community amenities that support wellness and active living through varied recreational options.

Adventure Awaits at Adventure Park

Adventure Park, a cornerstone of Powell’s recreational offerings, now includes eight pickleball courts, enriching opportunities for residents of all experience levels. The opening day will feature a pickleball giveaway, and attendees can enjoy a ceremonial first game. Powell’s investment in these courts promotes health, happiness, and a sense of community.

Pickleball’s popularity is growing, and Powell’s new courts are an exciting addition for residents.
