Powell Police Chief Gary Vest is retiring after 23 years of service to the Powell Police Department. He will reflect on the past two decades and share highlights during the next Powell Liberty Historical Society program at 7 PM on Monday, April 8 in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 47 Hall Street.

“Four Corners and a Railroad Crossing” is the title in keeping with Powell’s major feature even after exponential growth. He will have a fun and interactive presentation and tours of the Police Department will be offered at the conclusion of the program.

The Chief has also shared that there is the possibility of a surprise guest!
