Open Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year at Buckeye Valley Local Schools is now open.

Families looking to reapply for open enrollment for the 2023-2024 academic year will need to complete the Open Enrollment Form HERE.

All new open enrollment applications will be completed online this year using Final Forms. You can begin the application process HERE The Final Forms system, will allow families to upload all of the necessary information while registering. The following information is required to complete the enrollment process: birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency (mortgage coupon; signed lease; or a current gas, water, or electric bill), a copy of any type of special educational plan (IEP or 504), and any applicable court documents for custody or residential parenting.

Open Enrollment will close at 4:00 pm on Friday, May 5th. All families will be notified by July 1st if your student(s) has been accepted for open enrollment.

If you are currently an Open Enrollment family, please complete the Open Enrollment Form on the district website and return it to the Buckeye Valley Central Office by 4:00 pm on Friday, May 5.

If you are seeking Open Enrollment for the first time, please complete the Open Enrollment Application on the district website. The application can be found under the Administration Tab on the district home page. You will need to create a Final Forms Parent Account in order to complete the application. Please be advised, Open Enrollment is not a guarantee and is based on space and availability. There will be no new open enrollment applications accepted for Buckeye Valley West Elementary this year. New Open Enrollment applications are being accepted for Buckeye Valley East, Buckeye Valley Middle School, and Buckeye Valley High School.
