This keepsake, featuring team photos, rosters, schedules for all BWHS fall teams, and the Marching Band, will be available for purchase at all fall sports events. But to make this possible, they need the support of local businesses and community.

Proceeds from program sales—priced at $5 each—go directly into the General Booster Account, providing critical funding for equipment, uniforms, team bonding experiences, transportation, and more. How You Can Contribute
They are inviting local businesses to place advertisements in the Fall Sports Program. The goal is to cover the printing costs entirely through ad sales, ensuring that every dollar from program sales can be reinvested in local athletes. Here’s how you can get involved:
1. Select Your Ad Size: Choose from four ad sizes, ranging from a full page to a business card size. Each option is designed to fit your budget while maximizing visibility.
2. Purchase Your Ad: Head over to the online store at Big Walnut Athletic Boosters Store to purchase your ad space securely via credit card. If you prefer to be invoiced, simply reach out to us, and we’ll handle the rest.
3. Submit Your Ad Graphic: After purchasing your ad, please send your high-quality graphic to Travis at [email protected], who is overseeing the program design. The group is partnering with Above the Light Photography for this project!

Special Opportunity: Golden Eagle Shout-Outs
This year, they are also offering a special feature in the program: “Golden Eagle Shout-Outs.” For just a small fee, you can send a personalized message (150 characters or less) to your favorite athlete, team, or even the Marching Band. It’s a great way to show your support and excitement!
