Opportunities in Multiple Roles

Olentangy Schools is actively hiring for bus drivers, custodians, clinic aides, and food service workers in both full-time and substitute capacities. Additionally, substitute positions are available for intervention aides, lunchroom aides, office aides, playground aides, and study hall aides.

Competitive Pay Rates

The district offers competitive wages, with full-time pay based on experience and substitute hourly wages as follows:

  • Bus Drivers – $22.87/hour
  • Custodians – $17.85/hour
  • Clinic Aides – $22.56/hour
  • Food Service Workers – $17.45/hour
  • Intervention Aides (Substitute) – $20/hour
  • Aides (Substitute) – $18.19/hour
