A public hearing will be held regarding the rezoning of approximately 298 acres of land owned by Forrest J. Hale, Marilyn R. Hale, John E. Evans, and Linda K. Evans. The land is located south of Vans Valley Road and is proposed to be rezoned to a Limited Industrial District. The council will deliberate on Ordinance 2024.29, addressing this rezoning request. - Visitor Presentation:
