Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons in Westerville

The City is installing a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) at the intersection of Towers Trail and County Line Road beginning Wednesday, July 29. Sometimes called a High-Intensity Activated crossWALK (HAWK) beacon, these signals create safer, more efficient pedestrian crossings on busy streets.
