Delaware County sign maker pivots to create face shields for healthcare workers

With the coronavirus pandemic, a Delaware County sign maker was worried he’d have to lay off his employees. But Tim Moore’s non-essential business turned very essential when he was approached about making medical face-shields. Moore’s company, Waterford Signs, has made about 250 units and has seven new orders for more masks.
