Registration is still active for the Delaware Turkey Trot, a 5K and Kid’s Fun Run hosted by New Beginnings Church and taking place on Thanksgiving morning (November 22) starting behind Office Max/Kohl’s.[widgets_on_pages id=1]

Founded in 2012, the Delaware The Turkey Trot is a family event and all are invited. 100% of event proceeds go to the Autism Society of Central Ohio. Some $93,000 has been donated over our first 6 years.

The two races are:

A Kid’s Fun Run led by the event mascot “Gobbler” is for kids aged 8 and under. Each child will receive a race number, a ribbon, and a t-shirt There will be two Little Gobbler Races, one for ages 4 and under, and one for 5-8.

Registration fee is $15.

The 5K Turkey Trot representing a 3.1 mile course for runners or walkers. Water and refreshments will be provided, as well as a long-sleeve T-shrt.

Registration fee is $40 on November 18, and $44 through November 21.

Please note that there is no race day registration or packet pickups for either race. Packet pickup times and additional information can be accessed here, as well as an online registration link. Registration is required, will close November 21 at 6PM, and is limited to 1,350 participants.
