This August, Ohio Wesleyan University’s residential accommodations for students are getting a major upgrade.

The first on campus student apartment complex is nearing completion. Bradford Milligan Hall will be home to 124 OWU seniors beginning with the fall semester.

The building will have four apartment layouts available.

The structure was made possible through a $5 million gift given by 1983 graduates Kathryn Bradford Milligan and John F. Milligan, and generations of Bradfords and Milligans who attended OWU.

This is the first step in a $60 million effort to renew and improve residential life at OWU. Soon Smith Hall will be renovated to create a first year student village; Welch and Hayes Halls will also be improved; and fraternity and sorority houses will be upgraded.

This week, the University posted this aerial view of the current progress of Bradford Milligan Hall.
