The City of Powell has published its 2022 Parks and Recreation Fall Guide as it prepares to open registration for a wide variety of fall programs for all ages. Programs will encompass many different interests ranging from sports to dance to yoga to robots to arts and crafts and more.

Registration begins Monday, August 22, for residents and Wednesday, August 24, for non-residents. Online registration is encouraged, but registration may also be accepted in-person or mailed to the City of Powell Municipal Building at 47 Hall Street.

New programs include an afterschool craft program, an enrichment program for preschool children, a half-day camp for students with no school on September 19, and several adult classes including a walking group, tabletop gaming group, golf, yoga, and crafts.

“The City of Powell is pleased to offer a diverse schedule of programs this fall to engage and include people of all ages and interests,” stated City Manager Andrew White. “Our programs offer something for everyone, and at its heart, is intended to further connect people through shared experiences.” City of Powell Parks and Recreation fall 2022 programs include:
