The Boardman Arts Park has announced its Holiday Home Tour in Delaware’s Northwest Neighborhood taking place on December 14, featuring nine stunning homes decorated for the season. This tour isn’t just about holiday lights – it’s a journey through architectural history, seasonal decor, and design inspiration. Perfect for all ages, the self-guided experience lets you explore at your own pace, enjoying each home’s unique charm.

Ticket Details: How to Join the Holiday Home Tour

Tickets are available in advance for $25 or for $30 on the day of the tour, with three convenient purchasing options:

  1. Online: Visit Holiday Home Tour Ticket Link.
  2. In-Person: Purchase in advance at The Delaware Antique Mall, 17 W William St.
  3. Day-of Purchase: Tickets will be available at Gallery 22, 22 E Winter St.

On the day of the tour, advance ticket holders will need to stop by Gallery 22 to exchange their ticket voucher for a program (official ticket). This program is your entry pass to all the homes and includes a map, instructions, and protective shoe covers.

Note: All ticket proceeds directly support Boardman Arts Park, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to community enrichment through the arts.

What to Know Before You Go

  • Tour Timing: Homes will be open for exploration from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, allowing you to begin anytime after 2:00 PM. Please allow at least 1.5-2 hours to fully enjoy each property.
  • Ticket Essentials: The program (official ticket) issued at Gallery 22 is required for entry at each location. Make sure to carry it with you as it will be marked at each home.
  • Shoe Coverings: Provided at Gallery 22, these are mandatory to help protect the beautiful floors in each residence.
  • Accessibility and Policies: These historic homes are not ADA-compliant. Additionally, there are no strollers allowed inside the homes, and refunds are not available.
