During the fall of 2019, over 13,000 Delaware County students in grades 6th-12th were surveyed across four public school districts in an effort to assess what types of health behaviors they’re participating in, and now the results are back.

On Monday, March 30, from 9-11 AM, the results from the 2019-2020 Delaware County Youth Risk Behavior Survey will be released to the public through a community data release event hosted by Delaware Area Career Center. This collaborative project is commissioned by The Partnership for a Healthy Delaware County and made financially possible by the Delaware General Health District, Delaware-Morrow Mental Health Recovery Services Board and the United Way of Delaware County. The Health District guided the health assessment process while the Health District’s vendor, Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio completed the data analysis. Collaborating school districts include Delaware City Schools, Big Walnut Local Schools, Buckeye Valley Local Schools and Olentangy Local Schools.
