Several national retailers have announced facial covering requirements for customers in the last several days.
Of course, with its current Level 3 status under Ohio’s Public Health Advisory System, everyone in Delaware County is required to wear a facial covering while in these stores. Nevertheless, once that level is reduced, these requirements may well continue for the foreseeable future.
Here is a list of several of those retailers with operations in Delaware County. Please note that this is undoubtedly an incomplete list.
Best Buy — Effective July 15 for all customers; exception for small children and those who cannot wear a mask for health reasons.
Costco — Been in effect since May; exception for small children and those who cannot wear a mask for health reasons
CVS — Effective July 20.
Home Depot — Effective July 22.
Kohls — Effective July 20; exception for those who cannot wear a mask for health reasons.
Kroger — Effective July 22; exception for small children, those who cannot use a mask for health reasons should use face shields or use pickup/delivery services.
Lowes — Effective July 20.
Meijer — Effective July 20; exception for those who cannot use a mask for health reasons.
Menards — Effective July 13.
Sam’s Club — Effective July 20; complimentary masks available.
Starbucks — Effective July 15; if there is no local mandate, non-masked customers can use drive-thru, curbside, or delivery.
Target — Effective August 1; exception for small children and those who cannot wear a mask for health reasons.
Walgreens — Effective July 20.
Walmart — Effective July 20.
