Polaris Fashion Place has added a fresh burst of tropical flavor to its growing food lineup. Mango Biche Mia is now open inside the Columbus shopping center, serving Colombian-style mango snacks, fruit drinks, smoothies, and frozen treats prepared for customers at the counter. The shop is located on the mall’s lower level near JD Sports and Lovesac, in the area near Macy’s.

The concept places mango at the center of nearly everything, combining the fruit with ingredients ranging from passion fruit and condensed milk to chamoy, lime, salt, and Tajín seasoning. The result is a menu that moves easily between sweet, tart, creamy, and spicy.

Where to Begin

The Mangonada is the natural starting point. One of Mango Biche Mia’s signature creations, it combines a frozen mango drink with fresh mango pieces, chamoy, Tajín, and other toppings for a mix of sweetness and heat.

Another prominent choice is the Mango Salad, a customizable fruit snack featuring mango chunks and seasonings. It offers a more straightforward way to sample the shop’s signature ingredient while still leaving room for chamoy, Tajín, and other additions. Mango cubes and fruit cups provide similarly lighter alternatives.

For something creamier, the Maracumango brings mango and passion fruit together with condensed milk, lime, and salt. The combination has become one of the brand’s highlighted signature products.

Customers looking for a colder, dessert-like option can try the Raspado, a shaved-ice-style treat that regularly appears alongside the Mangonada and Mango Salad in Mango Biche Mia’s menu promotions.

More Than Another Smoothie Stop

Mango Biche Mia arrives at Polaris as part of a broader group of new tenants joining the shopping center. The concept stands apart from a conventional juice or smoothie shop by building its menu around layered fruit snacks and drinks with contrasting flavors and textures. For Polaris shoppers, it offers something that can serve as a quick drink, a refreshing snack, or a full-fledged dessert. And for anyone unfamiliar with the sweet-and-spicy possibilities of mango, the shop provides several inviting places to start.
