During its upcoming meeting on Monday night, Delaware City Council is set to consider three ordinances and two resolutions.

All three ordinances will be considered on their second readings.

Ordinances include measures which would approve:

  • A Conditional Use Permit for a Veterinary Hospital for Central Ohio Mobile Veterinary Surgical Services to be located at 585 Sunbury Road
  • Rezoning of property at 33 West William Street for First Citizens National Bank
  • Combined Preliminary and Final Development Plan for First Citizens National Bank at 33 West William Street

The two resolutions include:

1. Authorizing the modification of traffic control signage to eliminate two parking spaces within the North Franklin Street Parking Lot to provide access to properties located at 19 and 23 West Winter Street.

2. Authorizing the City Manager to grant a non-exclusive ingress-egress easement on City property adjacent to 19 and 23 W. Winter Street.

Council members will also hear updates from Delaware City Schools and the Delaware Public Health District.

The meeting will begin at 7 PM and will be broadcast by Cisco Webex. It can be viewed on the City of Delaware Facebook Page.
