  • January 1 – May 24: Closed for the season
  • May 25 – August 11: Daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • August 12 – September 2:
    • Weekdays: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Weekends: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • September 3 – September 30: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • October 1 – October 31:
    • Weekdays: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Weekends: 12:00 PM to Dusk
  • November 1 – December 31: Closed for the season

Important Information

Before you set sail, here are some essential details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  • Safety Restrictions: Non-walking infants are not permitted on the ride. Guests under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by a supervising companion over the age of 14. Please note that guests may get wet during the ride.
  • Accessibility: A wheelchair-accessible boat is available to accommodate all visitors.
  • Cost: The ride costs $4 per rider. Zoo members enjoy a discounted rate of $3 per rider, while Gold Members and ZooMore Wristband holders can ride for free.
  • Height Requirement: Guests must be 42 inches tall or accompanied by a supervising companion over the age of 14.
