Community Health Improvement Plan Released

The Delaware General Health District has released the new 2019-2022 Community Health Improvement Plan.

The document was officially rolled out on January 18 at SourcePoint with numerous community leaders and partners in attendance. You now have the ability to view the 74 page document.
