With COTA//Plus, you have the option to utilize a mobile app and book cost-effective, on-demand rides from your current location to your desired destination.

The service is available in four areas of metro Columbus, and seeks to provide Central Ohio residents with otherwise unavailable, accessible mobility options.

COTA//Plus offers mobility services in Westerville that cover specific areas, including Otterbein, Uptown, and Polaris. To use the service, clients can simply make a request through the  COTA//Plus mobile app. Within a quarter of an hour, a COTA driver operating a COTA//Plus vehicle will respond and arrive at the pickup point. Accessible vehicles can also be requested.

Current operating hours are: Monday-Wednesday: 5:30 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Thursday and Friday: 5:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.
