Delaware yard sizes at center of this week’s density divide – Columbus Business First

Bob Schottenstein is not impressed with big yards. The M/I Homes CEO spoke Saturday at a panel on density issues in Delaware County, attended by many local government officials. He said his company will sell close to 500 homes in Central Ohio this year, with average prices around $400,000, while it averages in the low $300,000s in Tampa, Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina.
