On Wednesday, the Genoa Township Board of Trustees will be holding a special meeting to consider and acknowledge a recommendation of the Township Zoning Commission, and also to schedule a public hearing on the Nest at Hoover final plan application.
Hawks Nest Premier Living, LLC has requested approval of a final development plan to build 29 single family homes on 25.66 acres located at 4461 and 4485 South Old 3C Highway in Westerville.
This is a vacant farm currently zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD). The proposed development would be constructed in one phase, and would consist of a public street system with a cul-de-sac on the end of each street. Access would be off of South Old 3C Highway.
