Every September, the Delaware County Fairgrounds turns into the beating heart of harness racing. This year, fans don’t have to be trackside to catch the action. From Sunday, September 14 through Thursday, September 18, the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association (OHHA) will bring “Five Days in Delaware” to screens across the world.

Streaming Coverage for Everyone

The OHHA is offering free live streaming of every race day on its YouTube channel, Facebook page, and at HarnessRacingOhio.com. Programming begins each morning with “Trackside Live,” a half-hour interview show featuring drivers, trainers, and racing insiders. Later in the day, “Countdown to Post Time” takes over with pre-race analysis and handicapping tips before the first horses line up.

Once the racing begins, the stream delivers flag-to-finish coverage. For longtime fans and new viewers alike, it’s a chance to experience the pace and excitement of Little Brown Jug Week without leaving home.

The Signature Races

The week builds toward two of the sport’s crown jewels. On Wednesday, September 17, the 55th Jugette showcases top three-year-old pacing fillies. Then, on Thursday, September 18, the spotlight shifts to the 80th running of the Little Brown Jug, one of harness racing’s most celebrated events. Both races are expected to draw elite fields and global attention.

A Full Slate of Championships

It isn’t just about the Jug and Jugette. The meet also features all eight divisions of the Ohio Breeders Championship and the fifth leg of the Buckeye Stallion Series. Post times begin at 1:00 PM daily, with Thursday’s Little Brown Jug card starting early at noon. For horsemen, it’s a chance to showcase Ohio’s breeding and racing program on one of the sport’s biggest stages.

How to Watch

Fans can tune in three ways:

  • Search “Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association” on YouTube.
  • Visit the OHHA’s official Facebook page for daily streams.
  • Go to HarnessRacingOhio.com, where links will be posted one hour before each day’s races.

Whether you’re in central Ohio or halfway around the world, the stream puts every stride of “Five Days in Delaware” at your fingertips.
