The folks at the Stratford Ecological Center have come across of bit of a crime. Join them as they host the “Honey Heist & Bee Adventure” this month.

This is a unique, exciting opportunity available solely at the Center. This one-of-a-kind event will take you on a journey from flower, to hive, to honey house, to bottle as you harvest the honey right from the hives!

The fun takes place between 10 AM and 1 PM, and also between 2 PM and 4 PM this Saturday, July 13, and next Saturday, July 20. Space is limited, so advanced registration is required (which can be done at this location). Cost is $40 per person.

Stratford Ecological Center has a regular series of bee and apiary-related programming. According to its website, the Center’s Apiary is a working, educational apiary offering unique educational opportunities to beekeepers and non-beekeepers alike. Courses include both beginners and advanced beekeeping.

For more information, visit this location or call the Center at: 740-363-2548.
