This weekly report from ODOT District 6 highlights road construction projects which are beginning or underway in the multi-county area it serves. What follows are posted projects taking place within Delaware and Franklin Counties.

DELAWARE COUNTY
U.S. Route 42
NEW IMPACTS
U.S. 42 Resurfacing – U.S. 42 northbound between Section-Line Rd. and Sawmill Parkway will close starting Monday, May 2 for 45 days. Detour: SR 257 northbound to U.S. 36 eastbound to to U.S. 23 southbound to U.S. 42.
CONTINUING IMPACTS
U.S. 42 between SR 229 and Prospect-Mt. Vernon Rd. will close starting Monday, April 18 through Friday, April 29 for culvert replacement.
- Detour: U.S. 42 northbound to SR 529 eastbound to SR 61 southbound to SR 229 westbound to U.S. 42 or reverse.
FRANKLIN COUNTY
NEW IMPACTS
Olentangy River Rd. between Highland Dr. and Henderson Rd, will have daily lane restrictions (9 a.m. – noon) starting Monday, April 25 through Friday, April 29.
Interstate 71
NEW IMPACTS
- The I-71 southbound ramp to I-270 eastbound on the north side will close nightly (11 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, April 24 through Wednesday, April 27.
- Detour: I-71 southbound to SR 161 to I-71 northbound to I-270 eastbound.
- The I-71 northbound ramp to I-270 westbound on the north side will close nightly (11 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, April 24 through Wednesday, April 27.
- Detour: I-71 northbound to I-270 eastbound to Cleveland Ave. to I-270 westbound
State Route 104
NEW IMPACTS
SR 104/White Rd. Intersection Improvements – SR 104 between White Rd. and Stringtown Rd. will close starting Monday, April 25 through Monday, May 23 for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 104 to SR 665 to I-71 to SR 104 or reverse.

SR 104 Bridge Replacement – The SR 104 bridge over I-270 will close starting Monday, April 25 for 100 days. Detour: SR 104 to SR 665 to I-71 to SR 104 or reverse.
