ODOT District 6 has released its weekly report highlighting road construction projects which are beginning or underway in the multi-county area it serves. What follows are posted projects taking place within Delaware County and Franklin County.
Please stay safe and pay attention to these closures and work taking place during the week beginning on October 3.
DELAWARE COUNTY
NEW IMPACTS
Hudson Rd. between Horseshoe Rd. and Panhandle Rd. will close starting 7 a.m., Monday, October 4 through 5 p.m., Wednesday, October 6 for pavement repairs. Detour: Horseshoe Rd. to U.S. 42 to U.S. 36 to U.S. 23 to Panhandle Rd. or reverse.
State Route 257
NEW IMPACTS
SR 257 between Grigsby Rd. and SR 47 will close starting Monday, October 4 through Friday, October 8 for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 257 to SR 37 to SR 203 to SR 47 to SR 257 or reverse.
U.S. Route 36
CONTINUING IMPACTS
U.S. 36 Intersection Safety Improvement – The intersection of U.S. 36 and SR 257 will have daily lane restrictions (7 a.m. – 5 p.m.) starting Monday, August 2 through October 2021 for traffic signal installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
FRANKLIN COUNTY
NEW IMPACTS
Olentangy River Rd. between Highland Drive and Henderson Rd. will have daily lane restrictions (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) starting Monday, October 4 through Friday, October 8.
Interstate 71

I-71 northbound and southbound at Cleveland Ave. will have nightly lane restrictions (8 p.m. – 5 a.m.) starting Sunday, October 3 through Thursday, October 7.

- The I-71 northbound ramp to Greenlawn Ave. will close (3 p.m. – 5 a.m.) on Sunday, October 3.

- The Greenlawn Ave. ramp to I-71 northbound will close overnight (7 p.m. – 5 a.m.) on Sunday, October 3.
