Ohioans have come to dread the middle of the afternoon.

Earlier this week, the regular 2:00 PM daily online update from the Ohio Department of Health shared many of the same numbers concerning the COVID-19 virus, but did not have a county by county breakdown of the statistics shared.

On Thursday, the new COVID-19 Ohio Dashboard was added to the State of Ohio’s official virus information page at coronavirus.ohio.gov which provides not only case numbers by county but also key metrics including the number of hospitalizations and deaths for each.

By hovering over a given county, a chart appears that shows a “Daily Cases Trend” for how cases are trending over time.

The page will be updated each day at 2:00 PM. It can be seen below, or easily accessed by going to coronavirus.ohio.gov, scrolling down the page, and clicking on the “COVID-19 Ohio Dashboard” button.
