The Delaware Soil & Water Conservation District has begun its 2020 Tree and Shrub Seedling Sale.

Orders arriving at the office will be ready for pick up beginning on April 14.  All seedlings will be sold bare root meaning they are shipped without soil, making them lightweight and easy to carry.  Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis, order early to ensure you get the species you desire.

Pick up is at the office and the dates and times are:

  • Tuesday, April 14 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, April 15, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, April 16, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, April 17, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

To place an order print the form found at this location and either mail or drop off at the office with payment.  To find out more about each species or to see a photo of a mature tree visit ODNR Division of Forestry. More information is located on the order form.

Of special note the DSWCD is offering Plantskydd animal repellent at a sale price this year.  There are limited quantities available so get your order in early.
