A Free 6-Week Journey Toward Wellness

Starting May 5, the Delaware Public Health District will host this nationally recognized walking program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9 AM at their location:
📍 470 S Sandusky Street, Delaware, OH 43015.

Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, Walk With Ease is more than just a walk in the park—it’s a free 6-week program that combines walking with gentle education on managing pain, improving stamina, and staying active for life.
