The Sunbury Big Walnut Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Community Expo and Hiring Event on Thursday, April 27th from 5-8 PM at Big Walnut High School, 713 N. Miller Drive in Sunbury.This is an opportunity for local businesses, organizations, and non-profits to network with each other and connect with residents of the Sunbury/Big Walnut area.

Exhibitors can register for a table at the event and use this platform to inform attendees about their company or organization, job openings, and outreach programs. Live interviews can be conducted on site, and participants are responsible for providing their table-top display. Exhibitors must indicate in the comment section when registering whether they will be hiring.

Participants must arrive at the school by 4:00 PM for set up and check-in. The event will take place in air-conditioned rooms throughout the school.

Participants must register before Thursday, April 13 as space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. The participant fee structure for table registration is as follows: Member Business fee- table registration – $100, Non-member Business fee- table registration – $150, Member Non-profit fee- table registration – $50, Non-member Non-profit fee- table registration – $75.

Participants who wish to have a more visible location can register for Expo Extra Prime Spots. These spots are the most visible and are located upfront on the floor in the main room. There are only seven spots available, and the fee for these spots is $150.

Participants who register for Expo Extra Prime Spots must do so separately after registering for a table spot.

General admission to the event is free for the public, and DJ Meeko will be the MC for the evening. The Athletic Boosters will be running a food concession stand during the event.
