Scheduled for Saturday, the parade will take place at Sunbury Square on Cherry Street. Registration kicks off at 9:30 AM, and the parade will commence at 10 AM. A Cause Worth Barking For

The registration fee for the parade is set at $20. What makes this event even more special is its charitable angle. Half of all the proceeds from the event will go directly to the Humane Society of Delaware County. This provides an excellent opportunity for pet lovers to have a great time while contributing to animal welfare. For those looking to make an even bigger impact, a $50 sponsor fee is also available.

Parade Prizes: The Cat’s Meow and the Dog’s Woof

The event isn’t just a parade; it’s a competition. Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place, adding an element of excitement to the festivities. While the specific prizes have not been disclosed, they are expected to be as delightful as the parade itself. So, get those creative juices flowing and start planning your pet’s costume!

Leashes and Bags

For the safety and comfort of all attendees—both two-legged and four-legged—animals must be leashed during the event. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own bags for clean-up, ensuring that Sunbury Square remains as pristine as it was before the parade.
