Building Bridges Between Cops and Kids
Cops & Kids Day is designed to strengthen the bond between law enforcement officers and the community they serve. It’s a chance for kids to see the human side of police officers, fostering trust and mutual respect. With various law enforcement agencies from across Ohio participating, this event promises an exciting and educational experience for all attendees.
Activities and Attractions for All Ages
Children can look forward to a plethora of activities, including arts and crafts, inflatable gyms, and more. Highlights of the event include:
- Vehicle Displays: Get an up-close look at police cruisers, motorcycles, helicopters, tactical vehicles, and K-9 units.
- Interactive Exhibits: Local hospitals and safety organizations will provide child safety materials, promotional items, and hands-on activities designed to educate and engage.
- Crafts and Play: Kids can unleash their creativity at the arts and crafts stations or burn off some energy on the inflatable gyms and playground equipment.
