Special to 1808Delaware

A new three-story, 40,000 sq. ft. building on Meridian Way in Westar Place will soon take shape. Newly released renderings for Meridian Place show space for a rooftop bar, attractive landscaping, outdoor seating and ample parking.

In addition to providing more office space to the area, the development will bolster the corridor’s already impressive menu of high-end amenities. The building is developed by Trivium Development LLC, responsible for bringing Starbucks, Bru Burger and Local Cantina restaurants to Westar Place

Situated within walking distance of corporate headquarters like Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC), Lancaster Colony and DHL Supply Chain, and amenities the Renaissance Hotel, the development is expected to increase foot traffic in the area.

Construction is expected to be complete in summer 2022.
