The Little Bear Golf Club held a grand opening event recently for its new 18 hole putting course and Bar & Grill.

While these are wonderful additions to the list of attractions in Delaware County, there’s more coming in the form of a full par three golf course. That course will be opening sometime this fall.

For the time being, however, a trip to Little Bear is a must. The 18 hole putting course features a front 9 and a back 9, and is full of sand traps, water hazards, and other ways to make the experience a fun and challenging one.

Visitors can bring their favorite putter, but putters and balls are part of the playing fee. The cost to putt is:

  • Wednesday-Friday: $8 Adult. $7 Kids 10 & under and Seniors 65 & over
  • Saturday-Sunday: $10 Adult, $8 Kids 10 & under and Seniors 65 & over

The Bar & Grill is open and serving a limited menu at present with full offerings available soon.

The venue is home to a wedding venue known as The Wenbeck at Little Bear. The Wenbeck offers a grand pavilion with heat, lighting, ceiling fans, and retractable glass doors. The venue overlooks a 3,000 square foot patio with views over the property’s three ponds.

Little Bear Golf Club is located at 1940 Little Bear Loop, northwest of Polaris Fashion Place in Lewis Center. More information is available at the Little Bear website.
