The Ohio Wildlife Center (OWC) is once again hosting its popular Howloween event for 2023. This family-friendly gathering is designed to offer a unique Halloween experience that combines education, entertainment, and a love for animals. The event is set to take place on Thursday, October 26, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 9000 Dublin Rd. in Powell.
Trick-or-Treat with a Twist
Howloween at OWC is not your typical trick-or-treat event. Families can wander along the trails and encounter some of the center’s animal ambassadors. The experience is both educational and fun, as children get to learn about various species while collecting treats. Costumes are not just welcome; they’re heavily encouraged!
More Than Just Candy
The event promises a variety of activities that go beyond the traditional Halloween festivities. Inside the red barn, you’ll find a creepy crawly table, a mystery touch box, and scat matching games. There are also activity pages for kids and a sensory bin that promises to engage all five senses.
Registration Details
