On Monday, May 27, the City of Delaware will host a Memorial Day ceremony to honor the brave men and women who have served our nation. The ceremony, organized by the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1095, will commence at 10:00 AM at Oak Grove Cemetery, located at 334 S. Sandusky Street.

Attendees can expect a dignified and solemn observance featuring a flag presentation, poignant speeches, and the stirring rendition of “Taps.” The ceremony will also include a rifle and cannon volley, paying tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Organizers ask attendees to bring a lawn chair for seating.
