263-home Winterbrook Place approved in Delaware – Columbus Business First

A new 263-home housing development will proceed in the city of Delaware. Delaware City Council Monday night approved a preliminary subdivision plat on the neighborhood, Winterbrook Place, which Bob Grden, through Arlington Builders, has proposed at 1241 Peachblow Rd. The 102-acre plan had gotten some preliminary approvals over the summer.
