It’s time, Delaware County!
The official launch of 1808Delaware will take place during the first week of March.
What is 1808Delaware? It’s a new type of local media site, one ideally suited for this beautiful, dynamic, and fast-growing part of Ohio. In fact, we’re different than any other site not only in this county, but in all of central Ohio.
For one thing, we center on sharing stories about Delaware County and Delaware Countians. Local is where we’re at, from Powell to Ashley, and from Ostrander to Sunbury.
Another difference is that each and every day, 1808Delaware publishes not only our own posts, but links to Delaware County-related stories in the Delaware Gazette, ThisWeek Community News, and other area media. We also share regularly updated tweets from over 100 local governments, public agencies, schools, churches, and organizations.
The bottom line is that we write, collect, and share the stories of Delaware County.
