Exciting news on the coworking front – COhatch, the rapidly expanding coworking company, has announced plans to establish two new locations in central Ohio. This ambitious venture includes their second-ever brand new build, further cementing their growing presence in the region.

The Bexley location is set for 2691 E. Main St., while the Powell hub will find its home at 50 E. Olentangy St. These new sites promise to deliver the same dynamic workspaces that have become synonymous with the COhatch name.

The Powell location has a unique backstory. The site, a former office building constructed back in the 1980s, is slated for demolition to make way for the state-of-the-art COhatch coworking space. This isn’t the first time COhatch has built a location from scratch. Their Dublin site was their first ground-up project, and it seems the success of that endeavor has inspired a repeat performance.’

According to COhatch on LinkedIn, “Our Powell location is right off Powell Road, across the street from Local Roots, the most amazing farm-to-table restaurant that is a fixture in our growing neighborhood, along with some other unique small businesses, including Nocterra Brewing Company, Beehive Bread Company, and Kraft House No. 5, to name a few.”

Stay tuned for more updates as the projects unfold.
