Join the City of Powell for the annual Candy by the Carload event from 4:00 to 6:30 PM on Sunday, October 24 in the parking lot of Seldom Seen Park, 3232 Seldom Seen Road.

The parking lot will be transformed into a trick-or-treater’s treasure chest as local businesses and organizations set up booths and car trunks filled with candy, toys and other Halloween goodies.

Families will be required to register to participate during a 30-minute window either 4:00 PM-4:30 PM, 4:35 PM-5:05 PM, 5:10 PM-5:40 PM, 5:45 PM-6:15 PM. Registration begins Monday, September 20. City residents will receive priority registration through Wednesday, September 22.

If spots are still available, registration was opened to non-residents through Wednesday, October 20. One family member (parent/guardian) should register and then list the total number of participants for their family. Not each family member needs to be registered individually.
