The City of Powell is hosting the annual Candy by the Carload which will occur from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday at the Municipal Building Parking Lot, 47 Hall Street.

The parking lot will be transformed into a trick-or-treater’s treasure chest as local businesses and organizations set up booths and car trunks filled with candy, toys and other Halloween goodies.[widgets_on_pages id=1]
